Was in town for a short time and had to come here twice for the breakfast tacos, so so good! Can’t wait to come back so I can try more stuff on the menu, delicious

We wanted home style Mexican food, and this place hit the spot. The wait was long but the food was really good—and no “hot plates” when the food came out, which was extra confirmation of the freshly cooked meals we got. Portions were just right, all around great value, and the tortillas were homemade (not store bought); freshly made to order. We ordered enough food for 4 and paid about 43 per-tip—again, all around great value for the portions. Recommend for times when you can sit and have time to kill and enjoy your food or pre-order to-go.
Genuinely the best Mexican food I've ever had. Came here one time and literally had dreams about the food after . Finally got to come back today. I would give 10 stars if I could. An absolute must if you're in the mood for Mexican. Everyone working there was so nice too. No pics bc I ate my food too fast haha.
Finally tried this place out. I had the juevos rancheros breakfast and it was delicious!! It tasted like my own mama cooked it. My hubby had the chicken fajita enchiladas and he said they were great! Our server was very attentive. The overall location has good seating, but parking seems limited. Definitely going back.
Very very good Mexican!! Lunch specials are very fairly priced, the red salsa is hotter / more authentic than some of the other Mexican establishments on W San Antonio St next door, I really like the Mexican Steak (first picture) and the Carne de Puerco (second picture), I plan on trying more lunch specials here!
Actually enjoy the food, even though my Door Dash Orders are constantly cancelled. I typically order from work, Dollar Tree down the road by Harbor Freight and Big Lots, because am unable to leave at times. Love the carne guisada, barbacoa and asada tacos. When I do dine, usually with my daughter, it's always been great and friendly service. Thanks.
